I think if this team made it any easier, they would have moved my hand to sign documents for me, but that feels illegal so I'm glad we didn't. Even when I was getting worried about financial obligations, Holly was able to talk me through a lot of options to help relieve the stress. Speaking as a first time homebuyer using the VA loan, I can’t recommend VU enough. They know how to masterfully navigate the VA, their portal is extremely user friendly, their communication is great - 10/10 all around. We were facing a short closing deadline and were told by other lenders we’d never get a VA loan approved in that short timeframe - Brad and the VU team embraced the challenge and worked through the holidays and had us cleared to close with plenty of time to spare. If you’re a veteran feeling unfamiliar with the whole process, VU will guide you step by step through your unique situation. Additionally, they partner with several companies to get you great deals on movers, home security, etc.
