I can't thank you enough "Team O." for being there with, and for me, through this challenging journey of refinancing my home. I also needed to take over everything from a divorce decree. Honestly, was a lot smoother than anticipated. Buying a home remotely was quite worrisome. But, Will and his team leaned forward on communicating, thoroughly explained all the steps and processes, and made sure that we stayed on track the whole time. 10/10 would recommend and use again in the future. I was very happy with the loan process, however i had one small bump in the road. in the middle of getting everythign together the loan team found out i had a well and then required a well test on top of the pest inspection. Neither of these would be a problem if they had just let me know up front that this was needed. I would encourage the team to ensure that for future cusotmers, that they make sure these items are addressed in the very beginning of the process.

Schandler was very attentive to my needs and worked to address my concerns quickly.
The loan we had was a difficult loan in that it took so long. And in the nine months of waiting we had to keep doing new paperwork. That was hard considering we didn't want to do things electronically. Kelsey and John Kirby worked with us the best they could, but sometimes I could tell Kelsey was exasperated with us and the process. Glad it is done.
We first began searching for a home before a military move with unknown dates. The team helped us move quickly on a house that ultimately wasn't meant to be and handled it very smoothly. When we finally received orders and hard dates that required even quicker movement, the team came together again and made it happen on our timeline like true professionals. I was very impressed with the customer service, software applications, and timeliness from start to finish. We will absolutely come back on our next home search!
