I had a stellar experience with Veterans United! Our home search took over a year, but the team was there with us the whole time. They constantly kept us informed of our approval status, ensured that we had the right documents on hand, and truly went out of their way to be a partner in our search/closing and not just another lending vendor. Even our real estate agent was amazed at the level of involvement!
Veterans United said they were going to try to get this house closed in 30 days and they did it!
Don't use United Veterans, they start out excellent and then totally abandon the buyer! They tell you one thing and then the prices becomes very stressful. I'm sorry, I was informed all I needed to close was verification of funds in the account. Well, I then needed another HO policy, payoff letters/statements all the day before closing. Needless to say, I closed 3 days later with no call from the team... They texted my realtor. 🤔 It was stressful as I had my belongings in an U-haul truck for 4 days and no one offered to pay the costs. My blood pressure went up, but TGBTG I'm finally in my home.

Need to have more understanding about your customers, we do not know all the language, terms, and procedures it takes to buy a home. I'm 75, wife is 74,you made us feel like crap,shame on you.
