Our loan coordinator, Kaitlyn, was very responsive and great about keeping us aware of what was needed to move our loan along!
It was difficult for us in our 70's to do everything online, but with Samantha and Jennifer's guidance we managed. Doing a loan long distance was hard but worth it in the long run.
