It's great to know someone has your back.

Veterans United were very responsive to my initial inquiry for a VA refi. They were pleasant, intelligent and always courteous. They knew the answer as soon as I asked the question. They saved me about $285 a month on my mortgage. This is very helpful as a retired veteran living on Social Security. Kim Lanier and her staff of Casey Regan knew their stuff and I always felt comfortable working with them. Would highly recommend Veterans United to any veteran looking to refinance your home mortgage.

Only glitch was a miscommunication as to where the closing would take place. I received a text from Alice confirming the closing would be at the title company office. However, when we arrived we were told the closing agent was waiting at Veterans United office. situation was resolved but could have saved us half the commute on a very wintry day.

I definitely recommend Veterans United to anyone.

Veterans United is extremely professional and competitive, yet gives you hometown service.

an excellent experience

Great job other than the point I had to pay for? to get the loan we had orginally spoke about at the Beginning Ross was not the lead at that time and still lost little more that a $1000.00 on the pay out. Though it was close to the Original loan I was told at the beginning?

My loan officer Alice made it so easy to refi. She was always available to answer any questions I may have had. She kept us informed every step of the way. We closed as promised and on time.

Have had several loan on the same property thru VUHL. Wouldnt consider anyone else

I didn't like to deal with 3 different people during the process.
