My financing and the team that assisted me in it was outstanding. My seller and my realtor were not so great. I will use my realtor again and I plan to in the near future because he's all I know in the area.
I had a large trouble with many things and the closing of my house. Dave and Jeremy were there to help me through. I have had several homes in the past and each one was a huge hassle to get to closing. I have lived in a motor home for the past several years primarily because I didn’t want to spend the money houses cost. But also because I didn’t want to endure the buying process. It has always been difficult in the past. Then I found Veterans United. More like they were highly recommended to me. So after my niece and her family convinced me to look for a house, I signed on with Veterans United. Almost immediately Brittany contacted me. Admittedly it took a while to get to closing but that is mostly on me. It took me a bit to find a house I liked. After that it was almost like I was a spectator. I closed in 45 days. It was a long process and alot of paperwork. But in the end it was all worth the time. My loan officer Molly Meis was outstanding and it was a great pleasure to work with Molly. I would strongly recommend Molly and Veterans United in home buying prosses.
Second time using VU. Did not know that after the first time you are charged a $10k fee. Would like to have known that up front, but I guess I should have done my research.
