Did my refi and loan was sold before first payment was even made .. letter was sent with very little notice to be able to change auto pay .

This was the most seamless loan process I have ever gone through. My loan team delivered on time. Word of advice: complete your To-Do’s as soon as they hit your inbox. This is where you have the most control during this process. Bill Bales, his team, Kat in Client Advocate ...everyone was phenomenal and very professional! My husband was a navy vet we were married for 44yrs he passed away suddenly and I know he would have been proud to see how I was treated by veteran united and everyone involved. Also a very special word for my realtor jake he went above in his concerns on helping me fine that special home he new exactly what my wants and needs were and he never tried to just sale me a house he handled me with respect and treated me like I was his mom and I could feel the love ❤️
