It cannot be understated how amazing and helpful Sam Brown and C.J. Snook are.I've been with Navy Federal for 13 years. My experience with with them, for some reason, was atrocious. I was pre-approved all the way up to a week before closing and I got a decline and had no communication with my loan officer there. To say it was a night-and-day difference is an absolute understatement.Sam Brown absolutely changed my life and ensured I had the steps laid out in front of me to ensure that I was able to move into my dream home.
