my only recommendation is whether the client is cosigning with someone else or not that any and all potential documentation required for the underwriter to approve the loan be sent in an itemized list at the beginning of the process. this way the client can gather said documents they might need well before they are requested so there is no waiting on both sides as well as clarity on what the bank needs from the client. other than that I am pretty satisfied with everything else during this endeavor

While Veterans United doesn’t have direct control over third-party providers, we know how important it is to work together to find solutions and keep the process moving for you. The appraisal process is managed directly by the Department of Veterans Affairs, and we understand how stressful it can be when unexpected delays pop up.

When my landlord raised my rent by 25%, it set off a panic on finding a new place to live. I have casually looked at properties over the past four years but never found anything and the prices seemed out of my range. Because I had a 90 day deadline to vacate my rental unit or pay the increased rent, I decided to see how the Veterans home loan worked.
