They truly are a one-stop-shop for anything related to the home purchase process. I appreciated the app that allowed me to easily identify the items still needed and where we stood in the process. We had been working with a different company for over a month and got no where, we ended up on the phone with Hannah Schwartz at 9:00 pm on a Friday night she collected all our info and stayed up till nearly midnight with me getting stuff put onto our application and we ended up closing on our home 27 days later. I couldn’t be happier with her and her team and this company as a whole 100% will recommend them to anyone looking for a VA loan.

As a first time home buyer, I went through a rollercoaster of emotions throughout this process. Lance Hopper and his team went out of their way to make sure I knew what to expect through the process. I even had a family emergency during this process that put things on pause. The first thing that Lance said to me was take care of family and we'll still be here. Throughout this process, I did not just feel like another number with Veterans United. As a Marine, I have always had a mentality of "get things done"....but with Veterans United, they made sure I was prepared for the whole process.
