We have been talking with Ryan way before we even started building our house. He provide us with important information through the entire process. He was there from the start of construction and kept constant contact all the way up until we moved in. This process was well over a year. There was never any pressure and he always provided the accurate answers. If any issues did arise he and Ashley would find the solution rather quickly. We have dealt with many mortgage agents, lenders, and relators in the past, but Ryan and Ashley have both far surpass any of them in many ways. They have shown true expertise, knowledge, and professionalism in ways that have far exceeded what my and my family required. The communication was outstanding and there was never a time I could of think of where I could not get a hold of one of them. Most of the time they called me. That says a lot these days when it usually is so hard to even get a person on the phone that can accurately answer a question in a relatively efficient time frame.
