Great team win for VU family. Ross is normally my #1 call but this time I made the error of going with my mortgage company who ghosted us half way through. Let me begin by stating that Jeremy has displayed the absolute highest level of service that I have ever experienced. From the beginning Jeremy was tentative on the subject on what my wife and I were trying to accomplish. What separated Jeremy from most if not all other loan officers is the fact that he takes time to listen to what the customer is requesting. He analyzed our request and laid out options in step by step detail to help my wife and I satisfy our goal. Jeremy was also available at all times if we had any questions. He patiently ensured that we understood every detail and aspect of the loan process which alleviated any questions of uncertainty. Overall Jeremy truly treated my wife and I as human beings, with courtesy and integrity.
