The process was very smooth! Sydney answered every email, text and call. She never made us wait or guess for the answers and she made sure we could get our refinance done as quick as possible!!

Most of this process happened as my family and I were driving across the country, without the team in place there is no way we could have completed this process. I enjoyed working with Veterans United my only complaint is the constant needing for more and more documents. Last time I bought a home through a smaller lender and once my application was done and I got approved I wasn’t constantly bombard for more info and documents. Not a big deal but slightly annoying.

Veterans united overall has been a wonderful experience both times we have used them. We have only used a different lender one time for our first home and it was a horrible experience and wish we had used veterans the first time. We will still be buying more homes in the future and will use them every time and recommend them to anyone. They go above and beyond to make a very stressful process as smooth and simple as possible.
