I haven’t owned a home in 40 years. It was an anxious undertaking to say the least. The entire team was very responsive. The first Real Estate Agent didn’t work out. Veterans united wanted to know why and worked out a solution. I said I was anxious, but honestly, I might not have been. Every question and concern was answered by every team member. Well done and thank you.

Really great team to work with! They made this process easy to purchase our home. They all were excellent with communication and responded in a timely fashion. The app made it easy for all of us to stay in contact. We were happy to work with Tyler, Jim and Drew!
We had an opportunity to go with another loan co. That ironically fell through at the last minute. I called Tyler back up and he kindly was waiting in the background, understanding and helped us get our home after all that turmoil. I can’t say enough good things about Tyler and VU. We appreciate all their hard work and kindness through this process as home buying is stressful for the buyers!



I understand the home-buying process is long and strenuous. That being said, we had a 90-day contract to close. Why were we waiting till the very last moment to collect the paperwork? If this was a 45-day close, we would not have made it. The whole idea of a 90-day close was to be finished with the loan process so my wife and I could get married without having to deal with the stresses of gathering paperwork. Yet this process was pushed off till the very end. Overall, I am very happy with Allie and the process. But she is the only reason why I didn't leave Veterans United.

My only complaint is at the beginning of the process you should be provided with a list of ALL the documents you need to provide instead of one document at a time. It seems like every day you are being asked to provide something else.
