Thank you for all you’ve done to get me to this point. It was a difficult time for me as I was going through some life changes, but Veterans United was patient with me when needed and right there when I needed them. A Great Team the made me feel special from the start to the finish.
Predatory lending at its best
Veterans United made a dream come true that I thought was impossible! I stepped into the home buying process with no knowledge, and now I feel confident and comfortable with everything that has happened throughout the process. From the very beginning to the day I received the keys to my home, Veterans United blew me away. I highly recommend Veterans United!
The is only two side issues or thoughts.
The first is i wish you all offered a auto financing department. The only thing I need now is a newer auto. Would of loved to had all my loans in one place. Can you all recommend a automotive financial company?
The second is checks where the slowest part of this process. You all made this not so difficult thank you.
The whole team made it clear and easy. Every team pitched in and the process easy to go through. I enjoyed the steps it was difficult at all. Kudos to you all and Thank you so much for all that you and your team have done for me and my family.
I truly thought this was going to be one of the most difficult, lengthy processes I have experienced, especially as a first time homebuyer. To say the VU Team made everything as easy and seamless as possible is an understatement. From start to finish, the team walked me through every step, answered every question. They made the process so easy, I think we closed in less than a month! It went so fast and easy, it certainly feels like it was less than a month. Tim Glover did his job well, but always talked very “politically correct” which is probably what he is supposed to do but I wish he could have been more straight forward. It felt like there were legal lines I wasn’t seeing and I had to decipher the hidden messages.
The process was truly seamless.
