I was buying a home and moving across the country. I had so much support from my realtor and loan officer. It made the process a lot more smooth than I anticipated it would be. I would highly recommend both of them to anyone.

To say that my file was challenging is a gross understatement. It was tight and doubtful from beginning to end but Kyle's team performance made all the difference! I am a 64 year old DAV with limited credit experience. (I HAD TO FLY UNDER THE RADAR) . That reason is attached to a NTK classified and I shared that with VU. The whole process went very smoothly. The entire team was available at all times and I never had to wait for a response from them when I had a question. They were all very patient and helpful. (This was my first time doing all the leg work for buying a home.) They take the stress out of buying a home. People complain about all the paperwork but I thought it was just the same as with all the other houses we bought so don’t believe them. I LOVE that they have a check list tab in your account so you know exactly what you need to do next and see what you have completed.
As a 68 year old Vet having never using my VA loan benefits before, I was a bit skeptical on what to expect...sure glad Bobby Moss answered the phone when I called in. He made the whole experience worry free & walked us through everything.
