I'm still in awe, not fear because Bries team took the fear out and replaced it with happy calmness inspiration. Morgan was definitely at top speed at getting things done and derecting me with excellent communication skills on my to do do list. Billy and team were awesome as usual and this is the second loan we’ve closed with Billy’s team. Hopefully we’re not moving anytime soon but if we are I’d prefer to work with them again!
We were very impressed with the service we recieved from all the members of our team. The to do list that was provided to us as we worked out account was a great way to keep track of things. Everyone was extremely friendly and we always felt like we could reach out anytime with questions. There was never a time that we were u sure of what was happening or the timeframe. Out loan process from preapproval to closing was about 30 days and went very smooth.
