I feel they went above and beyond my expectations. Andy and I were in contact several times throughout the entire process. I have a job where I was able to call Andy or take a call from him pretty much anytime without any hassle from my boss. My boss knew of the process and und understood there would be times where I need to be on the phone during working hours, and he never had an issue with it.
