a 3.5 MINUTE response time, and overall great service. lender was so willing to deal- and compromise- very surprising for a bank. i will enjoy his stapler immensely-





This home buying experience would have been a lot simpler if the loan team had communicated better. We have multiple time issues come up that would have been resolved simpler if the lending team had answered the phone or returned phone calls sooner than 3 or 4 days later. Even when the lending team was responding, we still couldn't get the information we needed because "someone else" was always out of the office.

Picture this. It’s the beginning of December and you are officially in the market for buying your first home.
