The only complaint I have is understanding exactly what the homebuyer is responsible for as far as down payment I was told 5500 and thought oh that’s $5500 actually $5500 means after negotiating $3000 after the seller and paying $2000 earnest money so $5500 is not accurate. It was more like $10,000. that part I wasn’t so happy about.

Even though we are on the West side of the U.S. and our Lender was on the opposite side we were able to keep current with all the paperwork regardless of time zones - scanning and email and texts made it easy to complete
