Alittle unorganized towards the closing documents part. We weren’t on the same page I almost had to pay out for closing because of communication and mixed up numbers. I didn’t feel like a priority

I know nothing about home loans and how the systems work so take what I say with a grain of salt. The ONLY issue I had in this entire process, was I had to keep asking for the estimates to be fixed and the documents when I reviewed them because some numbers were wrong. NOW I don’t know if that’s because it’s all on a computer system and sometimes things revert when you change/save them and so on so I’m not mad at all, Daniel was great and fixed everything immediately and was always on top of anything I ever asked. Outside of the documents having some numbers wrong the process was very easy and streamlined my Realestate agent was great and answered everything I asked as well as kept us up to date on the market. The rest of the team reached out and offered their help with whatever they could and over all we are very happy with the team. So thank you all

This was our second time working with Veterans United to buy a home. Once again, the process went smoothly and our team was always there to support us and answer our questions. It was a great experience, considering buying a home, though exciting, can also be stressful!


A special shout out to Casey Schaedel my loan officer!! He responded in a timely manner and did an amazing job explaining anything that I had questions about. He was very transparent, I never felt pressured like he was just trying to gain business(I know we all hate those types of interactions). He was also personable which I really appreciated.
