




I knew my credit wasn’t in the greatest position when I connected with VU, instead of giving me a no, you don’t qualify, we setup a game plan to get me there. We did monthly check-ins and when it was time they said let’s pull the trigger. Once the process was started they worked smoothly and efficiently.

I feel like the Concierge should be optional. I didn't get much value added from the occasional Concierge calls that felt purely connective/social - but Jared is great at making it feel like you're part of the family. Again - I didn't really know what service/part of the process the Concierge was supposed to provide, etc etc etc




Everyone is friendly and very helpful. All our questions were answered quickly.
