I feel like the Concierge should be optional. I didn't get much value added from the occasional Concierge calls that felt purely connective/social - but Jared is great at making it feel like you're part of the family. Again - I didn't really know what service/part of the process the Concierge was supposed to provide, etc etc etc

The only thing I would add, is to make certain the buyer knows that the credit score they see in apps like "Credit Karma" is not the score mortgage lenders use. It can come as a bit of a surprise.
