Kelsey Riggs was amazing with purchasing my home, she walked me through everything. Kelsey was extremely friendly and informative about the process and what was needed to do.
Sam, our loan officer, was really instrumental in helping us get connected with an amazing realtor and assisting with the loan side of things. He went above and beyond in even doing research for us and was always responsive.
It started off well enough but in the end because of my loan officer mistake I have to pay an extra $200 a month on my mortgage because he accidentally didn't lock in my rate before the jumped.

Veterans United assigned me with a team that has been nothing but efficient and compassionate towards my transition into civilian life. Carter and Andrew were great at matching me with all the external components of buying a home, like movers or an agent if needed (we def did). Craig Anderson was amazing at coming up with solutions to any problems that arose, and it was just an overall very smooth experience compared to what I was expecting initially with buying a home. Natalie was super efficient at reminding me of all the deadlines we had with underwriting and was also very kind and helpful with all the questions I had. Great people! I’d definitely recommend.
