The process for me was quite long as I personally had to complete several items on the "to do list" over a period of time. However, it was all necessary things needing to be completed, which took a bit of time. In the end though Rick Bridgman, Brittani Batye and Paige Thompson got the job done!! We closed on my VA mortgage exactly one week ago and I am sincerely grateful to the team above for all they did to make it all happen for me!! They called or emailed me often to make sure I was kept in the loop along the way up until we finally closed. Great Team! And as we say in the Navy, "WELL DONE"!!

If you are a veteran and looking for a great company that will help you out in any way they can VU is the way to go. We were on the fence in the beginning as to whether or not to proceed with our refinance and all of our questions and concerns were addressed quickly and efficiently. Max and his team were spot on every time we had even the slightest concern.
