After exiting the United States Army, I was unsure of renting or actually calling a place home. So I hit up Google and this organization was at the top of the list. Gave them a shout and was astonished! The level of professionalism and knowledge spoke volume. I Knew absolutely nothing on how to buy a home. Veterans United took the reins and as of 14Feb25 I own a Home! Thank you everyone for all your help, couldn’t have done this without you!
I filled out a questionaire on line asking for a loan to purchase a home, and within 15 minutes a very nice man called me. It was 5 am in the morning. That started the loan process, all on line. I would get calls every once in a while to see if I was ok with the ongoing process. They even sent me a cup of coffee(coupon) to ease my nerves. The whole process took 18 days from start to finish. Awesome experience!!!
Brandi, Zach's assistant did a great job responding to my emails and keeping me informed through out the process of my loan.VU is the best VA lender in the system. Easy process and affordable fees.

Honestly, I'm too tired from moving into my new home to describe the awesome experience I had with my team. I felt herd and they showed concern and emotion with any question i asked and they always had the answers. I was blessed with these people and will always recommend in the future. The process of buying a home was at first a scary moment because we didn't know what was to be happening in the future. And what to expect from us.
