Mike Wilson, our loan officer along with his professional team, was always very responsive, patient with our questions (Lol, we had a lot), and understanding. One word to describe Mike Wilson would be outstanding! He did exactly what he promised. And that was to get my wife and me, into our brand new home as quickly and as smoothly as possible. The only choice you need to do yourself to ensure all other choices you make during home buying a success.

The communication between client and loan officer was poor and a lack of. During the entire process things continued to pop up that I was unaware of. As a Veteran and being that I served this country certain breaks and programs are given to us to help. Nothing about this process helped. No credits, no programs, no anything. The VA loans are for veterans who don't have a large amount of funds for down payments to not have to pay a lot of money and be able to purchase hassle and stress free. This process was not that. And for the loan officer to say... I don't have to give you no credits is very unprofessional.
