My husband and I needed to refinance our house to help us financially. We were referred to VU from my inlaws based on their experience we decided to call. Nichole and Mason have been amazing. We tried our original mortgage company since we were established with them. They denied us immediately (even though we have been with them for 9 years and never missed a payment) and they didn't even come back with a counter offer.
