Veterans United Home Loans to be the presenting sponsor for 14th Annual Roots N Blues Festival in 2020

December 18, 2019

COLUMBIA, Mo. – In 2020, the 14th Annual Roots N Blues Festival will have a new presenting sponsor: Veterans United Home Loans. Veterans United Home Loans, founded in Columbia, has been a longtime sponsor of the event and is excited to be able to support the Roots N Blues Festival in an even bigger way in 2020.

“Roots N Blues celebrates community and we’ve always stressed the importance of giving back,” said Jamie Varvaro, co-owner, Roots N Blues Festival. “At every turn in our giving back efforts, we’ve seen Veterans United Home Loans at the forefront, generously providing resources in the countless communities they serve. It’s no surprise that when we approached Veterans United and discussed our shared passion for community, we quickly decided that Roots N Blues and Veterans United needed to team up. That’s why we are so pleased to welcome Veterans United as our presenting sponsor.”

Since 2016, Veterans United Home Loans has been a sponsor for the festival, offering a significant military discount to veterans and service member attendees. Veterans United will also be announcing unique opportunities for Veterans at the festival.

“Every year, the Roots N Blues Festival brings a community together and enhances the lives of thousands,” said Brian Butcher, Director of Enterprise Marketing at Veterans United Home Loans. “Enhancing lives is part of our DNA at Veterans United. The Roots N Blues Festival is an incredible event and many of our nearly 2,500 employees here in Columbia attend or volunteer every year. For us to come together to bring amazing music, art and food to tens of thousands of people is something we’re incredibly excited about. We look forward to working alongside the Festival’s team to enhance the experience for all its attendees in 2020.”

This year’s festival is scheduled for October 2-4, 2020 at Stephens Lake Park. Pre-sale tickets are on sale now. Visit https://rootsnbluesfestival.com/ for details.
